Are you a senior Total Rewards specialist ready to lead and shape the global compensation, benefits, and mobility landscape at an international industry leader? As Compensation & Benefits Manager at Nefab, you will hold global ownership of our total rewards strategies, governance frameworks, and mobility operations. Working directly with the Executive Vice President of People & Culture, corporate leadership, Finance, and regional HR teams, you will ensure our reward models remain highly competitive, market-aligned, and transparent across all business areas A primary strategic focus will be spearheading our compliance initiatives around modern pay-transparency regulations—including the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will design and govern the frameworks, job architectures, and pay-setting criteria that safeguard pay Equity and trust across our entire global organization. We are looking for a collaborative, analytical, and forward-thinking leader who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment and combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
