Randstad Sweden Group AB and its subsidiaries (“Randstad”) uses an external supplier to perform background checks. The background check concerns information that to a large extent corresponds to the information that appears in the criminal records held by the Swedish police. When approving the background check you are approving that Randstad:
- assigns to an external supplier to conduct a background check that concerns information that to a large extent corresponds to the criminal records held by the Swedish police
- verbally communicate the result to our client
We are reading the result of the background check digitally, saving only a note that the background check has been performed.
If you answer NO or do not reply to the SMS no background check will be performed.
The approval for the background check is given voluntarily and you can revoke your approval at any time by sending an email to dataskyddsombud@randstad.se.
