    Do you have Passionate about Sustainability, Sales and Leadership?
    As a Business Manager you will  manage and grow the Camira Contract business within the Scandinavian region including the Baltics driving top line and bottom line objectives. Your responsibilities as Regional Business Manager Scandinavia includes, but are not limited to develop and lead the implementation of the sales strategy to extend market penetration in Scandinavia and development of Camira’s business models. You will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver the strategic goals whilst being fully aware of the company’s purpose, mission and values. You will contribute to debates and decision making on key strategic marketing areas such as Marketing development, New Product Development and innovation, pricing strategies, sales channels etc.

    You will be responsible for engaging with the regional teams to plan and implement new sales and customer retention and development activities, as well as work with the Marketing team to plan and implement the marketing strategy, including advertising, promotion and PR.
    In terms of Sales, you will have a strong focus into Sweden, where presence is needed. Sweden is representing 50 % of the sales of the region.

    You will plan, monitor, and analyse on sales and marketing business plans, budgets and market information, reporting to the director of European contract sales. In this role you will be part of recruiting and developing new members of the sales team, with the future in mind, whilst ensuring clear goals are set and achieved. Your will maximise the contribution of the Regional team by coaching,  mentoring, providing appropriate training and ensuring Camira has the right people, in the right place, with the right skills at the right time both for current and future business needs.

    You will be responsible for managing and submitting the relevant management and financial information for Scandinavian contract sales in a timely manner, and to ensure corporate overnance procedures are fully understood and complied with.
