kvalifikationer
- +5 years’ experience as a product owner, scrum master or project manager in an Agile environment;
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience from IT landscape and architecture;
- Experience from IT infrastructure, network, identity and governance solutions;
- Need to have a strong drive and an “action” - mentality;
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps culture, Agile process and principles with experience using agile tools like Jira & Confluence;
- Proactive, self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- We also see that you have a team mindset and an outgoing personality with the ability to guide and inspire others. We think you have a senior skillset, but with a young and fresh view on technology and solutions. The team is located in Göteborg, Lindholmen but works with teams and stakeholders all over the world, especially in China.
ansvarsområden
- Understand business directions/objectives and market conditions to create and maintain product vision and roadmap;
- Define and prioritize product related deliverables (product backlog) and evaluate risks to ensure highest value delivery;
- Lead agreement on project scope, time, quality requirements and costs/budget;
- Lead the implementation of infrastructure, client, network capabilities;
- Lead the implementation of information security & IT security capabilities;
- Ensure that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood;
- Ensure project team execution according to plan;
- Non-functional requirements are represented in the backlog;
- Provide clear communication towards stakeholder;
- Clearly communicate Product Backlog items and align prioritization;
- Drive scope discussions with stakeholders;
- Coordinate with other PO's and IT teams to resolve team dependencies.
