As Planned Maintenance Manager, you will lead the planned maintenance team that is located at the Upplands Väsby-plant. The team is skilled and experienced and consists of technicians, mechanics and a maintenance planner. The main goal in the role is to prevent issues in the manufacturing at the site and ensure maintenance downtime is kept to a minimum. Your responsibility will also be to coach the team to work proactive instead of reactive in maintenance issues.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and will become part of a multifaceted department consisting of skilled automation engineers, mechanics, technicians, storage keepers and maintenance personnel.
