Nordic Medical Manager Eucerin
We are searching for a Nordic Medical Manager to Beiersdorf Eucerin with deep knowledge and understanding of dermatology and skin care, how it creates value for doctors and patients. In this role, you will lead the work of informing and educating healthcare about our products, as well as being able to provide an in-depth understanding from a medical perspective towards consumers and the market.
You report to the Pharmacy Director, are part of the Nordic management group for the brand and will be based at our Nordic headquarters at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. You will lead a team of knowledgeable representatives who meet daily with both pharmacy staff and dermatologists/medical care.
/Responsibilities/
You will:
- Develop and implement annual local medical marketing plan with clear strategy and measurable goals.
- Have responsibility for budget, define and follow up relevant KPIs.
- Identify needs for clinical studies based on market analysis and carry out these if necessary in close cooperation with the European region.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally at the interface marketing, sales, S&CM, digital.
- Understanding of converting science into recommendations and sales.
/Qualifications and personal competence/
You have a strong commercial and strategic thinking. You are customer-focused and build relationships as well as an analytical with good communication and presentation skills. You enjoy having many different contacts and relationships, from team level to regional and global level. You familiarize yourself with how it is possible to benefit from existing knowledge and materials and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You act in a professional manner, are confident, patient and persuasive.

- Relevant education in Life Science.
- Good insight and experience in marketing within skin care.
- Commercial and strategic thinking.
