kvalifikationer
- Hands-on experience in automotive design;
- Strong user researcher with good sketch ability;
- Skills using industry-leading tools such as: Blender, Unity3D, Figma, Adobe suite, MS Office;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Good English skills, spoken and written;
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or a related field.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions;
- Create user journeys and personas to identify user needs and design opportunities;
- Create 2D and 3D sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for product features;
- Apply UX principles to design user-centered products that meet the needs and wants of our target audience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with business goals and customer needs;
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to make necessary revisions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design software and technologies;
- Ensure product designs are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing and meet accessibility standards.
