We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager that will have a key role in developing the health & safety work in operations. You will, together with colleagues, help us to secure and support the compliance of work environmental legislation and will be a key resource to support managers in the area. With your support we will secure the world class operations while developing our sites in being safest for our employees. You will be positioned in the HSE team at site, the team consists of skilled members with deep knowledge in various fields of expertise.

  - Perform internal HSE audits and follow up on deviations
  - Perform and follow up on risk assessments
  - Participate in global Health&Safety networks
kvalifikationer
- We believe you are a person who has experience with health&safety management in industrial operations or construction sector and enjoy working in a large multifunctional organization. You are self-driven
- motivated by challenges and action oriented. You are systematic in your approach
- good at planning and bring structure into the process. You have strategic capabilities and good presentation skills.
  
  We would like you to have a relevant university degree
- 5 years' experience with operational health&safety management and be proficient in English and Swedish.
