● A role were you are responsible for all Controlling functions of the national financial services companies in the Nordic region
● The Head of Controlling is responsible for the Data & Analytics activities for all the departments in the region
● Responsibility for the definition of objectives and target values 
● Analyses and advises cost center managers on compliance with cost center budgets
● Advises the central offices on the liquidity prospects of the individual companies
● Ensure financial compliance and timely and correct reporting for financial impacts and risks according to Group Guidelines

• You are responsible for a team of 8 people

What should you bring along?
● You hold a University degree in Business Administration or Economics and  professional experience in accounting/controlling

• You have experience in leading a team
•  You are fluent in English and at least one more Scandinavian language
  ● Excellent technical skills in MS Excel and database analysis software as well as a good general accounting knowledge is required

● To be successful in the role you need to have strong analytical skills, be structured/methodical, proactive self-starter with very good communication skills and a solid commercial understanding
● You have the willingness and flexibility to travel

The position is located at BMW's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
