- Keeping the program time schedule up to date in MS Project
- Plan and forecast resources, invoices and bookings in project planning tool.
- Follow up reported time, invoices and bookings monthly
- Perform EVM analysis monthly
- Plan and execute a smaller or larger function from start to finish
- Requirements management
- Scope estimations
- Resource allocation
- Program documentation
