In this role, you will focus on supporting and maintaining system environments for our clients, while also working on improving processes related to support, deployment, and monitoring. You will collaborate closely with our operations and development teams. Part of your responsibilities will include understanding the system, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues involving workflows, integrations, and database. For major issues found, these will be escalated to the development team.
This role offers variety and challenges, with continuous learning opportunities as e-health services and system integrations evolve rapidly. You will work closely with the entire product team. If this sounds interesting to you, please express your interest in our position.
You can be based in either Solna or Gothenburg, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week and from the office three days a week.
