tech lead

●       A couple of years experience in a similar role e.g., Tech Manager, Scrum Master or Project Manager

●       Leadership experience and skills within software development

●       Good knowledge and experience in agile development, preferable within e-commerce

●       Experience from a technical background in development and e-commerce, along with familiarity with key technologies including Netlify, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure functions and more

●       Your expertise extends to agile processes like Scrum, JIRA, and GitHub

●       A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Your role will be key in supporting and steering the Tech team, overseeing the development of BabyBjörn's Tech stack. This involves not only managing and coaching the team but also developing and improving agile methodologies and culture of enhancements and sharing of knowledge and experience.

You will also work closely with stakeholders both internally and worldwide to cultivate a culture of innovation and achievement.
