We are looking for a servicedesk technician carrying out 1st line level support (on site and remote) at one of our customers in Gothenburg. For this assignment, you will be employed by Randstad Technologies and a be part of our great Infrastructure team. Acting as Servicedesk support for end users on this assignment, includes hardware (PC & Perihperals), software installation, fault analysis and user administration from an IT perspective. You will be part of a dedicated team providing support across all customer business areas. The support organization is structured around regular ITIL framework.NOTE:In this assignment you will rotate on a schedule over two shifts:- Mon-Fri 7.00 - 16.00- Mon-Fri 15.00 - 24.00This is an assignment as a consultant via Randstad Technologies.
