As a site administrator you will work with various tasks during the project. You will assist the HSE and also update various safety tracking sheets. Creating PR´s in the system (SAP), and other general administrative tasks such as supplying the office with various supplies and restocks, greeting visitors at the site and assisting with various other ad hoc tasks. You will also liaise with local vendors. The working hours are kl. 8-17.30, Monday to Friday.
We see the ideal candidate as a person who has worked with administrative tasks previously, in roles such as, administrator, customer service, coordinator, economy assistant, site administrator, project leader, project planner or similar roles. With this in mind the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability. We are looking for a person with an innovative and curious mind, with a good amount of social skills. As long as you have the right mindset and are willing to learn, we think you can succeed in this role. You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
The project will run for about 6-8 months depending on various factors. The project is located in Karskruv about 30 minutes outside of Växjö and 40 minutes from Vetlanda.
