To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
·         University degree in engineering, electronics or quality or relevant work experience
·         Experience within the Quality Engineering
·         Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
·         Good skills of quality tools used in Automotive
·         Knowledge of audit within systems and processes (ISO 16949)
·         Experience from project management or coordination position

·         Software quality ASPICE, ISO/IEC 15504 
·         Functional Safety ISO 26262

As Engineering Quality Lead you will be a team player coaching teams and colleagues to continuously improve Veoneers Quality Culture. You will be responsible for the quality assurance activities within their development projects. You will have a central part in communicating customers product requirements and ensure that requirements are received and understood by the stakeholders.

One important thing in this role is to act as ambassador in order to bring the quality culture closer to the stakeholders and act as an independent quality assurance engineer.

You will be collaborating with the customer and ongoing project on quality issues and conduct project audits and reviewing project results but also support and monitor the Quality deliveries according to customer and project milestones.

If both parties are satisfied, the consulting assignment can in the future be transferred to an employment with Veoneer.
