qualifications
You have experience from the following...- Five or more years from managing an IT Application team located in different sites in Europe or equivalent role with personnel and budget responsibility
- Creating and integrating IT strategies with the business needs
- IT Governance and stake holder management
- From a manufacturing company with multi sites in different countries running 24/7
- Supplier and contract management for SaaS solutions
- Outsourced Application Management Services
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and written
- ERP in a SaaS environment, working with M3 is a clear advantage
- Application Integrations
- Project management methodologies and team planning
- ITSM, ITIL foundation, v3 and/or v4

Your position
As a Head of Application Management, you will play a key role within our organization, be a member of the IT Management team and report to the global IT Director. Today we have a global, stable, and reliable IT Application Landscape. Our core is our Global ERP solution, M3 Cloud Edition, a full SaaS version which is rolled out to all our seven main markets and used in all our seven factories. You are responsible for maintaining our global ERP solution and the systems integrated to this. You will lead the work to continuously develop our application portfolio in close co-operation with business stakeholders from logistics, finance, manufacturing – essentially from all business areas. To make our applications support our business to an even higher extent. We have a hybrid IT environment and are on a journey to use more cloud solutions. You will lead a great team with highly professional and knowledgeable individuals located in our main offices in Sweden, Finland, and Netherlands. You will be located in our office in central Malmö, and you will travel to our factories and offices in Europe.
Your responsibility will be to…- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the members of the AM team, application specialists and solution architects
- Develop the Application roadmap together with business stakeholders
- Plan workload and resourcing of IT projects for your team and our network of application suppliers’ consultants
- Provide a cost-efficient application landscape that fulfills the business needs
- Manage major application incidents, changes, and projects
- Manage implementation and license contracts for applications
- Manage relationships with our external stakeholders, e.g., ERP and other application suppliers
