Proven track record of managing systems implementations, upgrades and application operations in multiple countries.

You are used to driving change and have sound experience of implementing digital transformation in growth driven organizations. You have extensive experience managing ERP, CRM, FSM, e-commerce systems and product configurators. Experience with Infor M3 ERP and Astea / IFS FSM is highly desirable. You are well versed in managing geographically dispersed teams and sites. You have a proven track record of leading and managing a cost-efficient application support and maintenance organization. Your educational background consists of a university bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration. Master's degree in either of these fields or Master of business administration with technology is preferred and you are fluent in English.

• Implement the IT applications strategy in line with the Segment and Divisional business strategy, and in alignment with the AA Group IT guidelines
• Play an active role in the development of future IT applications strategies in relation to the business strategy, including setting of short and long-term implementation goals
• Manage the implementation and upgrades of business systems, overall responsibility for the application operations for ERPs, Field service management systems, configurators and other systems used within the Segment
• Manage BSP applications team, work with Divisional and regional teams to deliver digital transformation
• Lead the upgrade and modernization of the segment’s M3 ERP landscape
• Manage stakeholder management and develop strong working relationships with businesses in a matrix setup
• Ensure IT compliance in general, but specifically in the terms of software licenses, subscriptions, policies, standards and management of budgets
• Drive digital transformation projects with business defined used cases on Generative AI, ML, RPA, etc.
• Conduct and facilitate regular business application councils and steering committees
• Ensure information security IT Policies are followed, and support any local statutory requirements
• Responsible for managing IT budget and local vendor relationships
• Have continuous local/regional dialogue with the business management on topics related to IT applications
• Understand the customer (management) needs in relation to the companies actual and future strategy
