WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional and cross-regional global innovation projects, set out in Oatly´s technology development roadmap for the next two to seven years. Being a driving force in engaging other parts of the organization, motivating and inspiring all the way to delivery in the projects. You will have a holistic view on the composition of projects in the roadmap, knowing and prioritizing in when to push and when to be a mediator. You thrive in an ever-changing environment, helping others find their way on the road to technology development. You will report to the Technology Development Manager, working closely to deliver on the technology development roadmap while meeting budget. You will get to excel in using your technological knowledge as well as your eminent drive for project management in projects of different sizes and purposes.
WHO YOU ARE
We´re looking for someone with great project leader skills combined with relevant technology experience and understanding. Someone who is a sharp communicator, who excel at leading cross-functional and cross-regional projects and project teams. We think that you have a holistic view, which helps you determine when to stand your ground and when to choose another route forward. You are driven by a passion to collaborate, reach goals and accomplish improvement. You do so by using your analytical mind and working your way forward with a structured approach. Always with a positive spirit that inspires and help your surroundings to be committed to want to reach the goals you and Oatly set out.
We hope to see that you check the following boxes:
• MSc in relevant field, e.g. chemical engineering, process technology, bio/food technology
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management
• Work experience in bioscience and/or food science
• A minimum of 5 years industry experience
• International experience is a plus
It is necessary that you are fluent in English and a plus if you have knowledge in the Swedish language.
