We are looking for a Project Manager to join our application development team. You will work with a highly skilled team and have a key role in customer industrialization projects. The role is about executing projects for customers by leading cross functional teams with internal and external resources to increase the adoption and industrialization of the EBM manufacturing process. In this role it is important to have a good understanding for the customer needs and to be able to build a close long-term relationship.

We believe that you are an ambitious, goal-oriented person who understands what is needed to complete and finalize a project. You enjoy working in a creative and integrated environment where you’ll be taking major responsibility. You need to be hands on, a reliable technical resource to customers in aerospace and medtech markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and execute important customer technical projects
  • Lead cross functional teams on all implementation activities
  • Develop project plans, utilizing best practices that deliver results within schedule, budget and scope
  • Provide and recommend solutions to project issues impacting schedule, budget and scope
  • Identify risks and escalate issues early
  • Manage and execute engineering services to customers
  • Travels to customer sites worldwide may occur
Requirements

  • M.Sc. in engineering
  • 5-7 years of work experience from a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent knowledge and interest in technology
  • Knowledge of validation and verification in an industrial environment
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Meritorious

  • Certification in Project Management and or Six Sigma
  • Work experience from medtech or aerospace industries
