We are now strengthening our R&D team with a System developer

ADB Safegate provides the technology and solutions that make airports more efficient, safer and sustainable, and reduce their operational costs. We partner with airports and airlines to evaluate their existing operations, identify bottlenecks and jointly solve these challenges through integrated solutions that address airport operations from approach to departure.

ADB Safegate is a global company, in Malmö we are a small R&D SW team of four software developers with different expertise’s. We are working with our embedded system software in the areas of Docking Guidance System (A-VDGS).

We want to strengthen our R&D SW team with a colleague who is interested in software and development of embedded and real-time systems. The role will be varied with elements of both SW & HW, coding, analysis , integration, sensor and network technologies. We want you to be a member of our SW team and with your expertise, ensure the entirety and quality assurance of our system design.

We work closely with our colleagues in other offices as well as with the team designing hardware and mechanics. The work is done within the team, but includes contact with other departments.

  • Requires at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent, in Computer Science or from a related Engineering discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
  • Experience of embedded and/or "real-time" systems
  • Experience in system design
  • Good knowledge of C++, C# and/or C
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
Meritorious is;

  • Network security
  • Sensor technologies
  • Swedish, German and/or additional languages is an asset
  • Additional programming languages
