job description.

This is a chance to lead the development of next generation Oatly products through our key strategic projects!  Your work will have direct impact on the future product portfolio of one of the world’s most innovative and sustainable companies, and you will be part of bringing forward new ways of getting there too. A humble but result-hungry culture and speedy growth will make it an interesting and rewarding journey.

We are looking for two Senior Project Managers for our new project management office within the product development department. Here´s a thrilling role where you will get to lead strategically important cross-functional product & process development projects and programs. We want our project managers to fall in love with the product idea and drive development from idea to launch, while never losing their strong business sense and focus. You will be the driving force in our most complex projects, keeping a holistic mindset, challenging and cooperating with different stakeholders across the company to provide your team with what they need to deliver the best results. You will also be a key player in co-creating project management tools and practices and contribute actively to a more project oriented culture at Oatly. Part of your mission, on top of delivering the project, is to enable the great, skilled people in Oatly to see and engage in a unified Oatly project structure and way of working, to make us faster and more efficient and ensure that our products are always world class.

In our minds, you are a warm, curious and brave leader, who is always open to new ways of thinking and leading. You are well grounded, both as a person and in your role with little focus on prestige. We see that you have a coaching leadership style, who delivers results effectively and within deadline, all the while being an inspirational and energetic teambuilder. It comes natural in your way of working to provide guidance and be a pedagogic facilitator, leading discussions in steering groups and among peer leaders. You are business oriented and have a talent in analyzing situations with respect to the overall impact for the business. You enjoy networking both internally and externally. To sum up, you drive change and development with enthusiasm and heart, creating a safe and allowing environment in your teams and surroundings.

We hope to see that you check the following boxes:
• An engineering or science degree with leadership and business profile
• Solid project management training
• Minimum five years’ experience in leading complex projects and programs with many stakeholders
• Experience from FMCG business
• Proven success in and passion for innovation and product development
• Experience in working with strategic innovation and product development with external partners
• Experience in building cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in communication- and stakeholder management

It will be a great advantage if you have experience in change management and in operating in a fast growing organization. And if you really want to stand out, you have experience in building a project management culture and structure from scratch, doing so with the use of the variety of project management delivery models that you are anchored in. As technical background, we would love to see that you have a major in food science or food processing and that you have work experience in these areas and/or in food packaging. We would be absolutely thrilled if you even have a track record in food product development.
It is necessary that you are fluent in English and a plus if you speak Swedish.

If you wish to be a part of our dynamic, global and growing Food Innovation team, send us your details through the application below before 2020-12-06 and we’ll take it from there. This is going to be fun!
