As a Sales Consultant at Alfa Quality Moving AB you’ll be part of a successful and growing company that provides peace of mind for people on the move to enhance the lives of assignees and their families. Our mobility & assignment services are delivered by a large team of people across Scandinavia. Our modern and welcoming office in Stockholm city is located at Oxenstiernsgatan near “TV-huset”, not far from Karlaplan.
Alfa’s dynamic sales team consists of both experienced and new colleagues who handle requests and bookings for move as well as relocation and immigration services in both corporate and private sales. We work in an international environment with English as our main language and Swedish as a complementary language.

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for maintaining communication throughout the sales process. You will handle client accounts, customers, orders, various suppliers, production departments and partners worldwide. Your day will include net and gross calculations, preparing files for production, invoicing, reporting and follow-up on services. You should also act as an advisor to our accounts and assignees and handle pre-move surveys and evaluations via digital solutions.
We are looking for someone with substantial and successful experience within qualified sales administration or sales performance. You need to be a very skilled communicator both verbally and in writing. It comes easy for you to create good relations with new contacts and you give a confidence-inspiring impression.
Moving abroad can sometimes be challenging and to perform well in this position you also need a good understanding of the process and a way to easily calm escalating situations and find solutions. We think that you are used to handle several processes at the same time and still see the separate parts from a holistic point of view aiming at making each service a smooth process with high quality.
You will work according to set routines and processes, using digital tools to perform your job tasks. One important task will be to calculate and estimate how much space various household goods will cover in order for us to perform efficient and environmental friendly moves. You therefore need an understanding of logistics and preferably experience of tasks similar to this.
