You will play an important role in the team and will have the possibility to work both hands-on with recruitment and furthermore develop your administrative skills.
Your responsibilities include:
- Hans-on recruitment including the whole recruitment process from sourcing to sign
- Collaborate with Hiring managers team to deeply understand hiring needs
- Create new ways of finding candidates, being creative in the search for the best talent possible
- Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline
Full time with start as soon as possible and 6 months forward. For the right person there is good chances for employment with the client after assignment period.
Working hours: Monday - Friday office hours.
The position is located at the headquarter in Kista, Stockholm.

Formal requirements for the role includes:
- Fluency in english and swedish
- A real doer with high energy and fearless potential
- You have at least 1 year experience working in a high volume recruiting environment
- Experience from creatively develop sourcing strategies to find the best talent and know how to engage and nurture prospective candidates
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
