Bring your experience to this new role as Raw Material Supply and Inventory planner at Flint Group. If you have experience in a fast pace supply chain role, combining tactical and operational work, this might be the role for you. Here´s a chance to share knowledge, develop the supply chain work and strive towards proactivity through analysis and problem solving, in a company that is in an exciting transformational phase. 


This is a new role that is both operational and tactical. The raw material supply is one of the most critical planning components in the supply chain. We are looking for you who have the experience to drive progress and development. The role needs to be able to identify way forward, plan and secure speedy execution. You will get the chance to develop the work from being reactive to striving for proactivity. Adding relevant analyses and focusing on continuous improvement. 

Some of your most common assignments in the role are listed here:

• Drive raw material supply planning for Trelleborg S&OP and S&OE, including setting processes, contributing with risk assessments and building relationships with key stakeholders such as lead buyer, planning manager and manufacturing

• Drive performance improvement with suppliers

• Conducting larger call off assignments, placing orders and following up on supply

• Inventory planning

• Calculate, analyze, follow up and drive improvements related to supplier OTIF performance

• Actively participate in driving continuous improvements of the planning process related to tools, process & competences.

• Manage call-off & inventory levels for a selection of raw materials
  - Replenish raw material inventory and control stock levels
  - Proactively follow and flag supply risks and monitor long lead time shipments

To thrive and be happy in this role, we see that you bring the following experience:
• A BSc or MSc in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• A couple of years work experience in a comparable role in a procurement heavy industry
• Excellent English skills, both in speech and in writing
• Good ability to present analyses and data

We will see it as a plus if you have knowledge in Swedish. Also if you have experience in Excel and SAP.

You bring drive, accountability and structure to your work. We also see that you have good analytical skills and a sharp sense of problem solving. You are a team player who is improvement focused, with great communication skills.
