PCG Solutions is currently hiring a Project Manager/Product Specialist to join our Swedish head-office in Uppsala, Sweden. You will specialize in the flagship product Viedoc and oversee the delivery to clients worldwide. Viedoc is a game-changing EDC software that is designed to accelerate Clinical Trials and advance the development of drugs and medical devices by offering the latest in technology to streamline the Electronic Data Capture process. Year by year, Viedoc evolves with a set goal to significantly reduce the time it takes to evaluate clinical research, leading to new treatments and cures becoming available to patients faster.

Job description
You will have a key role in an international organization that service life science companies and research institutions that work to enhance the lives of millions of patients around the world every day, and where the product Viedoc is central in the evaluation process of new treatments and cures.

In your role as our Project Manager/Product Specialist, you will demonstrate the product, help customers get started and provide training and technical support. You will coordinate between internal departments, sub-contractors, and partners to ensure smooth delivery and the highest level of service.

You’re a doer with a strategic, service-oriented mindset that won’t rest until your assigned clients are fully satisfied. You are self-driven, flexible and have strong people skills. You’re good at working independently and excellent in teams.

Requirements
• Relevant work experience within clinical trials (e.g. Project manager, CRA, Data manager) or completed clinical drug development class

• Fluent in English is a requirement, other languages are a plus

• A strong customer focus and the ability to understand our customers

• Passion for technology, problem-solving and customer supportability

• Experience in using SAS is a plus

Education

• Academic degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent
