You will initiate, lead, participate in and implement different type of projects with the purpose to develop and streamline the increasing production. There are plans to increase the production by various efficiency project in Landskrona and as a Project Engineer you will be the one who has the responsibility to identify and capture bottlenecks within the production. The focus in this role is to work with process development and process optimization in order to streamline the production. Currently there are lots of ongoing projects and a lot of projects are waiting to be started, all with the mission to streamline and improve the production processes. The projects usually range from 6 to 12 months with varying sizes of budgets.
Below are your most common work tasks;
• Initiate, lead, participate in and implement engineering projects to develop and
streamline production, as well as improving work environment and product quality
• Support the process of continuous improvement for the factory and support others
within the Paulig Group in the area of continuous improvement
• Contribute to compliance of required audits (FSSC, ISO14001, BRC and similar) and the quality objectives, health and safety rules and instructions, as well as environmental performance
• Provide skills, system analysis, solutions and project-leadership to various projects
• Involve line staff so that effective solutions are found to best target KPIs
• Implement process improvements to help optimize production flow and KPIs
• Monitor and measure work tasks and help improve these by using various CI tools
You will report to the Technical Engineering Manager and you will be placed in Landskrona.
To succeed in this role you need to have a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering, process development or similar. You also have good knowledge of process development and experience in working with a 24/7 production. Education or work experience in project management is necessary to be successful in the role. Your knowledge of Swedish and English is very good, both spoken and written.
