Role description:
As Inside Sales Specialist you are responsible for sales of Tecans portfolio of scientific lab instrumentation and consumables. In this role you are responsible for Business/Markets development, Sales Revenues/Budgets, Product Information and Customer Service. More specifically your tasks will include:

• Development of key customer sales plan, with defined actions and goals for opportunity generation and closing orders.

• Prospecting new opportunities and generate leads

• Execute marketing activities such as product campaigns

• Sales funnel / buying process management

• Provide consultation and guidance regarding customers’ applications, and workflows.

• product demonstrations

• Use CRM-tools to efficiently plan, and execute customer sales-related activities.

• Support field sales and field application specialists when needed.

Position Requirements
For this role, we are looking for candidates with a scientific background, preferably with hands on experience from laboratory techniques. Knowledge of automated workflows is advantageous, as well as in-dept understanding of diagnostics and/or genomics.

You as a person are target-driven, highly self-motivated with a natural “will-to-win”. You are customer focused, and are an exceptionally good listener with ability to quickly understand and prioritize customer requirements. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills - both in the Swedish and English language are required.
