As a Product Coordinator at Celemi you will handle the communication regarding the products and deliveries with stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will work closely with a variety of Celemi teams and functions, for example Product Owners, Product development teams, Sales & Marketing colleagues and our Finance department. This could be to inform about new releases, updates or improvements or to help them with questions regarding the products. You will also be responsible for all the material related to the products which will include versioning, file management and logistics. In this role your work will vary between a coordinating role and the administrative work that is needed. This way you will hands-on contribute to Celemi’s continuous product development and maintenance work.Requirements:
- Education within relevant field of study - preferably Informatics or Economics
- Experience of product development, preferably digital product development and version control/mgmt.
- Professional user of MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Understanding of systems and Information Management
- Preferably professional user of Indesign or similiar products
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
It is a strong advantage if you are experienced with project work and logistics. Earlier experience of working with digital learning and authoring tools is highly valued as well.About you
To be the independent and responsible Product Coordinator that we seek, we believe that you should have at least 3 years of experience with the requirements described above. As a person, you are communicative and good at building relationships. You are used to meeting deadlines and are careful with the small details. For the role, it is also important that you are self-motivated, accurate and quality-conscious. You are expected to take full responsibility, to help out when needed and to take initiative.You will be employed by Randstad Technologies and work as a consultant at Celemi for about 8 months.
