The role is both strategic and operational with focus on implementation, development and governance of analytics tools and processes for web and social media. It is a central role operating to develop strategic direction, support and train our global marketing and communications organization.
The tasks include managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio and develop KPIs for efficient measurement methods in order to enhance the online customer journey, from awareness to conversion. The tasks also include managing tools and best practices for SEO and content marketing and to carry out web user surveys. You will be an important player in our central Online Communications team and work in close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues to plan and execute activities in line with strategy and guidelines. You will monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and facilitate the impact of Alfa Laval’s global online marketing and communication activities.
The position is located in Lund and requires 15-20 days of travelling per year. Your direct manager will also be located in Lund Sweden.
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent education in marketing and/or communications together with appropriate training in Google Analytics tools and platforms. Furthermore you have at least 5 years experience from online marketing in a larger international company (or from an agency). You are skilled in using analytics and SEO tools and have good understanding of content management systems, publishing platforms and survey tools. You are confident in your online competence and ability to contribute to the development of online analytics within Alfa Laval. It is a benefit if you have experience from e-commerce.
You enjoy all aspects of developing a global company’s online presence and have a good understanding of marketing, communications and what makes good business sense. You are interested in analyzing user behavior in online channels and using analytics for marketing decisions. You prefer to work in a solution-oriented manner, taking strategies and plans into action. Furthermore you like to drive change and develop new ways of working to accelerate success online. As a person you are self-driven, outgoing and a team player with great social skills.
You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing and you know how to present and convey complex information in an efficient way.
