Driven and motivated Technical Sales Support to Medanets

Medanets provides mobile point-of-care solutions for nurses. Medanets for Caregivers solution is a time-saver for nurses, improving caregiving quality, patient safety and job satisfaction.
At Medanets, we have always believed that smart wireless solutions can improve care quality and patient safety. This, in turn, leaves healthcare professionals more time for taking care of the patient, which is most important of all.

Thanks to more than 10 years of research and product development, experience and dozens of case projects we are now able to state that we are the market leader of the industry in Finland. More and more clinics in Finland are implementing Medanets, while at the same time we are growing operations in Scandinavia.

Medanets is growing outside Finland and is now establishing business in Sweden and Gothenburg. We are looking to employ the first person in Sweden to start up the support and technical part of the company in Gothenburg.

Medanets has sales partners in Sweden so the position is more technical than sales oriented.

Since this position is new you will have the opportunity to build up processes, influence and set guidelines and way-of-working. You will be part of the Medanets team in Finland and will train and learn the solution in Finland and in Sweden.

This is a position for someone who is self-going, a problem solver, a person who likes to be out and about and is motivated by handling different kind of issues and challenges every day.

Technical qualifications

  • Knowledge about Linux and Windows servers
  • Experience of working with MySQL database
  • Basic IOS and Android knowledge
  • Basic WiFi, LAN and SSL-certificate knowledge
Soft skills

  • Hands on problem solver
  • Able to train administrators and users of the system
  • Mandatory Swedish in both speaking and writing
Experience from the healthcare business is a plus
