You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up for our global, external events. You will work closely with the Gothenburg Marketing team, as well as local and regional stakeholders, and report to the Marketing Operations Manager.

As a person, you are structured, driven and responsible and have the ability to see the full picture while maintaining full control over the details. You have previous experience from leading and taking on the full responsibility of a company’s events. Speaking and working in English on a daily basis is nothing new to you.

You are used to discussing projects with others and are comfortable with getting feedback on the work that you do, and have previous experience from working in an international environment.

You will have the freedom to work independently within your area of responsibility while being a part of a dedicated team of marketing colleagues. main responsibilities.

  • Take full responsibility for the planning, implementation and follow-up of Pagero’s external events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (within the marketing team and other teams) as well as external stakeholders to create relevant materials and meet strict deadlines
  • Document and compile materials for assessment and evaluation of events
  • Maintain and develop guidelines for event coordination and follow-up
experience and qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
  • 3+ years’ experience of working with event coordination, preferably within B2B
  • Experience from working in an international organisation and with international events
  • Exceptional project management skills, including strong tracking, time-management and delegation skills
  • Ability to structure and prioritise work while ensuring attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Positive attitude with effective problem-solving abilities

You will be employed by Randstad and work on a consultancy basis. The assignment is full-time, 6 months initially.
