As a Digital Marketing Optimizer you will be responsible for driving growth by optimizing digital marketing strategies. You will generate leads and conversions on our website. You want to be best friends with data and plan our acquisition activities based on insights.
You will set targets and follow up KPI:s throughout the whole sales funnel. You will plan, implement and manage digital campaigns, constantly testing and finding the best performing mix as well as optimizing the budget across the channels.
You will coordinate internal as well as external resources. You will work with SEO and be responsible for optimizing our media spend in SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic.

You have an analytical approach and prefer to take decisions based on data. You see opportunities, you are flexible, and like to work both independently and together with colleagues and suppliers.
Your previous experience includes at least three years’ in digital marketing preferably as a Performance /Growth Marketer or a similar position. We would like you to have a relevant post high school qualification in digital marketing from Hyper Island, Bergs or equal. Your experience includes budgetary responsibility and supplier contacts.
Most important is that you are curious, love to learn and test new stuff and you would like to grow with us!
