We are now looking for Danish-speaking customer service employees for upcoming assignments to one of our customers in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will mainly work with incoming questions from customers via phone, chat and email. You will be a central point of contact for customers with focus on communication and follow-up. An important part of the work is to offer customized solutions to the customer’s requests. In this role, you will mainly support customers in the Danish market.
You will be responsible for handling all kinds of questions, with support from FAQs and colleagues on site. In your work, you will also work with continuous improvement proposals and streamlining of processes. The work begins with a training period so that you will have the best possible conditions for carrying out the work.
- Answer customers' questions by phone, email and chat.
- Manage orders via internal processes and systems.
- Work actively with additional sales in dialogue with customers.
Ongoing work with feedback management from customers.
This is a full-time assignment with varying working hours, including evening hours and weekends.
- Fluent knowledge of Danish and English, in speaking and writing.
- Previous experience from customer support or administration.
- Interest in working and communicating with people.
- Good computer skills and experience as well as knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
- High school diploma.
- Experience from working in CRM systems.
- Driving license.
