From the 9th floor of the World Trade Center at Västra Hamnen in Malmö you have an amazing view from the brand new customer service office of Mouser. At the office we are a small customer service team growing to be bigger and we are looking for our next Customer Service Representative to join us!
The customer service team works with incoming questions from customers via phone, chat and email. The team is a central contact area for customers within the Nordic countries and your duties include receiving orders, helping with questions about products and orders and processing returns and complaints.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues. You enjoy being a helpful team player and are committed to your client’s needs.
As a new CSR at Mouser you will receive an intensive training and introduction in both product and service knowledge for the initial 1-2 months before you are expected to be more independent in your role.
The CSR position is full-time, starting ASAP during spring 2021. The work hours are Monday-Friday 8-17 onsite. At Mouser we secure a safe workplace and environment, especially during the pandemic.
We are looking for a CSR with at least 1-2 years’ experience of customer service and order administration. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing. You have a great interest in working and communicating with people and good computer experience. It would be an added bonus (but not essential) if you have other language knowledge of the Nordic languages. An interest in technology and/or electronics would also be an added benefit to deeper understand the products we offer.
Experience means a lot, but as we are building a new team the personal attitude is crucial. We are looking for an organised person who enjoys problem solving, networking and being a team player, who can adapt to new situations in a smooth way. You have good communication skills and your main priority is to give excellent service to your customers.
