As a Customer Care Representative in our office in Uppsala you will work tightly with the local team and with the teams based in the US, Japan and Korea. Job description:
You will combine efforts to provide outstanding service and at the same time be eager to exceed expectations related to order processing and data administration. We are doing everything we can to make sure that our customers receive a comprehensive and professional treatment.

Within our team we strive to share the knowledge equally amongst our team members so that we are all Best Practice ambassadors. The Customer Care team has a central position at IAR Systems, and works closely together with Sales, Finance, Product Management and Technical Support. You will report to the Customer Care Manager for EMEA.

Tasks will include:
• Respond to internal and external requests and questions for external customers, sales team, management, and/or internal operational functions, over the phone or via email.

• Process incoming orders and shipments from our Sales organization.

• Managing data entry into the Financial and Sales systems to assure accuracy when processing orders.

• Work directly with our internal warehouse to assure purchased product is delivered properly and promptly.

• Assist with routing questions from external customers to the appropriate sales/support functions depending on their request.

• Properly handle escalation of technical issues to the Support organization. Handling proper handoff of the customer’s case, and introduction of the support engineer to the customer.

• Manage customer requests regarding our customer portal.

• Execute follow up contact with orders that have been shipped to our customers.

• Assist Sales organization with guidance on opportunity handling and product code information to assure we deliver the proper product to the customer.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a service oriented and outgoing team player with a “can-do” attitude. You are able to prioritize workload on a daily basis and you are eager to learn and master new applications needed to complete tasks. You like a fast pace environment and are driven to work with improving processes to support efficiency. Furthermore, you are naturally curious and a natural problem solver who make sure to benefit of knowledge gained from resolved issues.

To be successful in the role we believe you have a strong passion for service and have amazing follow-up skills. You are focused on details and carrying out best practice policies. We put great emphasis on personal qualifications.

We want you to have experience from working with service and/or experience of dealing with customers. Your English is required to be very good in both written and verbal communication. Experience from order processing, domestic and international shipping and data administration is meritorious. Also, you should be an experienced user of all Office products and email, in addition to key principles of CRM systems. Salesforce experience is a plus.
