Description

On behalf of Philips we are now looking for candidates for a consultant assignment with knowledge within cardiovascular ultrasound to work as a Clinical Application Specialist. You will be working in Stockholm but will be responsible for the south of Sweden taking care of customers that have already chosen Philips as a supplier. Together with an Account Manager you will introduce and promote Philips ultrasound in procurement activities.

In this role you have the opportunity to become an expert within cardiovascular ultrasound and support customers to reach the maximum performance in the ultrasound they have invested in. You will be responsible for keeping track of the latest technique and to share this knowledge. You will become a valuable part in the dynamic sale and application team at Philips and you will report directly to the Sales Manager for ultrasounds in Sweden.

About the assignment:
You will:

Develop and conduct educational programs for Philips cardiovascular ultrasound users in Sweden. Adapt the system to the users specific requests. In close collaboration with sellers and users maximize the clinical performance. Carry out demonstrations, presentations, courses, workshops and lectures to stimulate sales and to enhance the customers product knowledge. Carry out troubleshooting on image quality problems and other application related problem users may experience. Gather clinical data and information to assist the sale organization in procurement processes. With this assignment you will have the opportunity to continuously educate yourself in the latest functions and solutions that Philips develop but also what trends and news that pops up on the market. You will together with an Account Manager be responsible to maintain and expand current customer base. You will also regularly participate in sales meetings and contribute with information about trends in the market, information about competitors and new potential projects with costumers.

Required Background:

Personal Qualities
Excellent communication skills. Social and open. Ability to work in a high achievement environment. Ability and desire to travel frequently. Travel is included every week (by car/ plane). Ambitious and can work independently. Positive and creative.

Desired Educational Background
5+ years’ experience in clinical cardiovascular ultrasound.

High knowledge within scanning and use of advanced tools and software

Medical education, eg. Biomedical analyst, Nurse or equivalent

Good communication in English and Swedish

Problemsolver for both hardware and software

Excellent educator and presenter

You need to have a driver’s license
