What you’ll do
As Account Manager at 9Solutions you are part of a fast growing company in an expanding area of business. Your main focus is to build relationships with customers in the municipal and public sectors as well as private actors in the health- and elderly care sector, tender process management and continuously develop project plans to monitor and track progress. You support our current and future customers in technical issues to establish and maintain long term relationships with customers as well as third parties/partners. You represent the company in external presentations and congresses and act as an ambassador to strengthen and implement the brand in the Swedish market.
Your main responsibilities are:
● Planning, handling and scheduling of tenders; i.e. analyze request documents and agreements and also do calculations and pricing
● Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
● Elaborate customer offering together with the rest of the team
To become successful in this position we believe you are an open minded self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are analytical and result driven with an effective way of working and great ability to build relationships with internal and external parties. You are a strong communicator with good social competence and the ability to guide clients and third partners in an educational way.
● Bachelor’s degree within relevant field, preferably technical, IT, economic or equivalent
● Good knowledge of IT and understanding of wireless technologies and mobile devices
● Proven written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
● Experience from independently working in project management/lead projects
● Experience from working in the public sector, preferably from health- and/or elderly care
● Experience from welfare technology
● Knowledge and experience of tender processes, LOU and contract law
