Randstad Technologies are now looking for a 2nd line support technician for our client Pagero. They are now expanding their support team and looking for tech-interested support technicians to join their 2nd line support team at the company HQ in central Gothenburg. The support will provide 24/7 support and you will work in a variety of day-, evening- and night shifts as well as on call support. The shifts will be planned long in advance and the monthly working hours will be reduced while on shift duty.

As part of the 2nd line team, you will be working close with the rest of the team members monitoring document flows, supporting day-to-day operations of production files and handling customer specific solutions.
You will be handling support cases primarily via tickets where analyzing, troubleshooting and digging into advanced error handling is part of the everyday work.
The 2nd line team is also responsible for all production communications and assisting other departments internally with our expertise about our platform, services and applications.

- Customer specific application setups
- Provide installation support to end customer
- Communication configurations for production customers
- Testing, internally and externally
- Acting like a last instance support
- Quality assurance and maintainability
- Create and update internal and self-service documentation
Day, evening and night shifts in a rotating schedule.
To qualify for the position you’ll need to have prior experience from support and a great interest and understanding of technology. You need to be fluent in English as well as speaking and writing Swedish on at least basic to good level.
• Experience of working with XML and/or other structured formats
• Experience of working in an international environment
• Experience of EDI (e-invoice/order)
• Knowledge in communication protocols
• Knowledge of other languages
