Randstad Technologies are now looking for a 1st line support for our client Mölnlycke Health Care. 

Their office is located in Gamlestan, about 10 minutes from the central station with excellent communications with train, bus or tram.

As a 1st line support technican with our client you will work with end users in local as well as international Mölnlycke sites. You will work primarily with IT infrastructure and application support, share knowledge with colleagues and end users. You could also occasionally be part of internal projects or participate in User Acceptance test.

responsibilities.

Provide excellent 1st line support to end users according to Mölnlycke global polices, 
 
Proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 
 
Actively participate in building and maintaining Knowledge base articles related to the end user support. 
 
Deliver support within the defined SLAs and take action whenever an SLA breach is imminent. 
 
Identify, suggest and provide end user training and knowledge. 
 
Participate in projects when needed. 
 
Participate in User Acceptance Tests when necessary

Full time, mon-fri 8-17.

qualifications.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 years of 1st line support experience (Microsoft platform) and at least an high school education, preferably in IT. 

You need to have knowledge in IT support processes, and if you have an ITIL foundation certificate or training, that is a plus.
